Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Content Manager role based in Ramat Gan. The Content Manager will oversee the creation, curation, and management of high-quality content for various platforms. Responsibilities include developing content plans and strategies, managing content calendars, ensuring content meets brand guidelines, and optimizing existing content for performance. The role will involve close collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone.

Qualifications

• Content creation and management skills, including experience with content strategy and developing editorial calendars
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail
• Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media management
• Proficiency in tools related to marketing and content optimization
• Strong organization, project management, and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with AI and automated content platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field preferred

What you’ll own

1) Webinars

• Pick topics, build the run-of-show, prep guests, host/moderate, and ensure we publish recordings.
• Turn each webinar into a repurposing plan (clips + posts + community + email draft).

2) Social content (short-form)

• Write hooks + scripts for short videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts style).
• Batch record with our team/founders (or guide self-recording).
• Drive the editing pipeline (you don’t have to be a pro editor, but you must ship).

3) Community

• Daily prompts + replies.
• Weekly “ask me anything” / discussion thread.
• Capture insights from community questions and turn them into next week’s content.

4) Education / support videos

• Create quick Loom-style “how to” videos.
• Build a “Top 20” onboarding + FAQ video library over time.
• Proven that you can ship consistently (portfolio links required).
• Strong writing: hooks, titles, scripts.
• Can run a simple production process: briefs, deadlines, publish checklist.
• Comfortable being hands-on with founders/SMEs for recording.

Nice-to-haves

• Basic editing (CapCut/Premiere) or strong experience working with editors.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, communities, or webinars.
