Role Overview: We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a leading global player in the AI space. This remote, part-time contract role is dedicated to maintaining the integrity and safety of AI-generated content. You will serve as a guardian of quality, rigorously reviewing text to ensure it complies with safety policies, is free from bias, and meets high standards of accuracy and readability before it is used for model training or released to users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze text data to identify violations of content policies, such as hate speech, PII (Personally Identifiable Information), or explicit material.
• Edit AI-generated content to improve grammar, flow, and tone, ensuring it reads naturally and professionally.
• Categorize and tag content based on specific topics, sentiment, or intent to help structure the AI’s training datasets.
• Verify the factual accuracy of content by cross-referencing claims with reliable sources to prevent the spread of misinformation.
• Provide detailed feedback on ambiguous or "edge case" content to help refine moderation guidelines and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content moderation, editing, or quality assurance.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot subtle errors or policy violations that automated systems might miss.
• Ability to remain objective and neutral when reviewing sensitive or controversial topics.
• Excellent command of the English language, including an understanding of current slang, idioms, and internet culture.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Rate: Earn up to $45 USD/hr (Rates vary based on project complexity and expertise).
• Flexibility: 100% remote with no fixed schedule. Contributors typically spend 5–10 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours.
