Role Overview: We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a leading global player in the AI space. This remote, part-time contract role places you at the forefront of Responsible AI development. You will act as a dedicated reviewer for machine-generated content, ensuring that the AI’s outputs are not only grammatically correct but also factually accurate, safe, and aligned with user intent before they are fed back into the training loop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated text for quality, coherence, and relevance to the user's prompt.
• Identify and flag critical errors such as "hallucinations" (invented facts), logical inconsistencies, or refusal to follow instructions.
• Assess content against strict safety guidelines to prevent the generation of harmful, biased, or explicit material.
• Edit responses to improve readability and tone, acting as a final polish to ensure the AI sounds human and helpful.
• Rate and rank multiple model outputs to provide the "ground truth" data needed for Reinforcement Learning (RLHF).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content moderation, editing, or quality assurance (QA).
• Sharp analytical skills with the ability to detect subtle logical flaws or factual errors.
• Excellent command of English grammar, syntax, and style.
• Ability to follow complex, evolving safety guidelines and policy documents without deviation.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Rate: Earn up to $45 USD/hr (Rates vary based on project complexity and expertise).
• Flexibility: 100% remote with no fixed schedule. Contributors typically spend 5–10 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours.
