A startup developing an AI-based product that monitors elderly individuals at home, helping care companies build high-quality care plans, predict risks, and prevent incidents.
The company is located in Tel Aviv, near public transportation, operates a hybrid work model with two days from home, employs dozens of people globally (mostly in Israel), and is experiencing significant growth.
The Role
- Report to the Head of Engineering and join the Backend team
- Opportunity to quickly grow into a Tech Lead role
- Develop a new product from scratch in the field of voice-based Agent AI, leveraging LLMs
- Backend development using Python with FastAPI in an AWS environment
- Work with PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Kafka, Spark, and Microservices
- Lead and execute development projects, contributing to the product architecture and delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer
- Strong development experience in Python
- Experience working in cloud environments
- Experience with Microservices architectures
- Experience working in product companies
