We are looking for a Flight Test Manager to lead test campaigns for airborne systems at IAI’s MLM Division. The role involves managing the full flight-test process, from planning through execution.

The position includes:

• Writing requirements, activity descriptions, and work plans for all participating teams

• Defining instrumentation needs and preparing the test site

• Selecting test locations

• Coordinating and operating maritime and aerial assets for testing

• Managing all test teams and overseeing subcontractors

• Preparing process documents and managing real-time test execution from the control center

• Collaborating with internal departments, business units, and customers

• Completing a dedicated training program as part of the role

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• At least 5 years of engineering experience

• Background in testing — a strong advantage

• Background in systems engineering or project management — a strong advantage

• Strong system-level understanding

• Leadership ability, independence, initiative, and teamwork

• Good English proficiency
