About i-BrainTech

At i-Brain Technologies, we are building a brain-sensing wearable and training platform for human performance. Our products are used by sports teams, physiotherapy clinics, and individual athletes of all levels. The brain training platform is based on neurofeedback and motor visualization, where athletes practice specific movements in their minds. The technology measures brain activity in real-time and translates it into immediate feedback, allowing users to improve the quality of their motor imagery to enhance the brain’s control over physical movement.

We work in the space where neuroscience becomes a practical tool for everyday use. Our products are built for people who need to train the mental processes that drive physical results.

Company Stage

  • Status: Early-to-mid stage technology company.
  • Stage: Products are in active use with paying B2B customers, including several top football clubs in Europe and the USA.
  • Context: Systems are deployed in real training environments.
  • Growth: Ongoing product development alongside company expansion to the B2C domain.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to take ownership of the company’s operational backbone. This role is responsible for making sure things work smoothly day to day: equipment gets where it needs to be, payments are collected and documented, certifications are maintained, and operational issues are solved quickly and independently.

Beyond execution, this is a broad and impactful role that supports the company as it grows. Over time, the role also involves bringing more clarity and structure into operations by improving processes and ensuring that operational knowledge is documented and not dependent on individuals.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys building order out of complexity, taking responsibility, and being the person others rely on to make things happen. It requires both attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

The role reports directly to the CEO

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day company operations and logistics
  • Build ops and process systems in a customer journey context
  • Manage shipping to customers worldwide, including customs, replacements, and returns
  • Maintain full visibility and ownership of company assets and equipment (location, quantities, forecasting). Procure and manage equipment, consumables, and office hardware
  • Manage B2B contracts, invoicing and renewals
  • Own operational aspects of payment systems, bank accounts, and related compliance
  • Handle operational side of certifications and standards (e.g. ISO, CE), including annual processes
  • Support conference participation, demos, and occasional on-site activities
  • Manage office operations and internal logistics
  • Document and standardize operational processes to improve clarity, reliability, and handover. Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively improve processes
  • Maintain basic operational visibility (costs, timelines, bottlenecks) to support better decision-making
  • Ensure operational processes support a reliable and positive customer experience (delivery, replacements, responsiveness)
  • Act as a go-to problem solver for operational issues across the company

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Operations, Operations Manager, or similar hands-on role (3-7 years)
  • Strong execution skills and ability to independently manage multiple operational domains
  • Experience with logistics, vendors, and operational workflows
  • High level of responsibility, reliability, and ownership
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for short periods
  • Ability to bring order to complex, unstructured operational environments and make processes more repeatable over time
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Role Details
