Role Overview: We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a leading global player in the AI space. This remote, part-time contract role focuses on teaching the AI model to think like a marketer and brand storyteller. You will bridge the gap between creative writing and strategic planning, designing prompts and editing responses to ensure the AI can generate effective content calendars, brand messaging, and audience-targeted campaigns that go beyond generic text to drive actual engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design comprehensive prompts that simulate real-world marketing scenarios, such as developing a 30-day social media strategy, writing newsletter sequences, or creating brand voice guidelines.
• Evaluate and edit AI-generated content for strategic alignment, ensuring it adheres to specific user personas, tones of voice, and conversion goals.
• Train the model to distinguish between different content formats (e.g., a LinkedIn thought leadership post vs. a viral TikTok script).
• Collaborate on defining "best practices" for commercial writing, helping the AI understand nuances like hooks, calls-to-action (CTAs), and brand consistency.
• Analyze instances where the AI produces generic or "fluffy" marketing copy and rewrite the output to demonstrate punchy, high-value content strategy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, Copywriting, or Brand Management.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, user personas, and how to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.
• Ability to critique writing not just for grammar, but for marketing effectiveness, persuasion, and engagement.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to deconstruct why a piece of content works or fails.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Rate: Earn up to $45 USD/hr (Rates vary based on project complexity and expertise).
• Flexibility: 100% remote with no fixed schedule. Contributors typically spend 5–10 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours.
