Role Description

A leading high-tech manufacturing company in the electronics industry, serving global OEM customers, is looking for a Global Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth and open new international markets.

This is a hands-on role combining international B2B sales, market development, and marketing coordination, with close collaboration with technical and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and lead new global customers, with a focus on the Eastern markets
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → proposals → negotiation → closing
• Build and execute territory and key account plans with clear sales targets
• Coordinate marketing and marcom activities to support pipeline growth
• Represent the company in customer meetings, conferences, and exhibitions abroad
• Work closely with engineering, application, and operations teams

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in global B2B sales
• Strong advantage for experience in sensors, electronics, motion control, or similar fields
• Proven track record in opening new markets and driving revenue growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Management / Marketing – mandatory
• MBA – advantage
• Technical background: Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Motion control experience – advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English
• Comfortable working with C-level executives and technical stakeholders
• Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot – advantage)
• Willingness for frequent international travel
• Independent, structured, hands-on, and team-oriented approach
