Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Yoqneam Illit. Key responsibilities include supporting day-to-day administrative operations such as organizing and scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and performing various clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant may liaise with executives and stakeholders, coordinate meetings, and provide general support to the management team.

Qualifications

• Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office operations effectively
• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and executive support
• Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette to interact professionally with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with office software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree or certification in business administration or related fields considered an advantage
