We are looking for a talented and driven Controller to join our team in a challenging and impactful role.
This position combines advanced accounting expertise with strong business acumen.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Manage all accounting-related matters for the group, including the preparation and review of consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements and tax reports.
- Oversee the financial statements, tax reports, and ongoing operations of the holding company, while liaising with external auditors.
- Lead financial efficiency initiatives across the group.
- Supervise and manage the group’s consolidated cash flow.
- Streamline and synchronize cross-functional workflows to enhance productivity.
- Oversee the group’s insurance frameworks.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
What We’re Looking For?
- 2-3 years of experience as a Controller in a mid-size or large organization – mandatory.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory.
- Proven experience leading a team – mandatory.
- Internship experience at one of the Big 5 accounting firms – a significant advantage.
- Previous work with senior management.
- Ability to think strategically and maintain a broad organizational perspective.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects effectively.
