About Scarpel Telecom

Scarpel Telecom is a fast-growing international telecommunications company operating in the A2P messaging space, working with enterprise clients globally.

We already use HubSpot daily across the business. We're looking for a hands-on HubSpot expert who knows the platform inside and out and can support us on an ongoing, project-based basis as new requirements, improvements, and integration needs come up.

This is not a greenfield setup. It’s about optimisation, problem-solving, and making an existing HubSpot instance work better as we scale.

The Role

We’re looking for a freelance HubSpot CRM Implementation Specialist to take ownership of ongoing implementation and optimisation work.

You’ll work closely with our internal team to:

• Optimise and improve our existing HubSpot setup
• Resolve configuration and integration issues as they arise
• Support us flexibly on an hourly basis as the CRM evolves

This role suits someone who enjoys diving into an existing HubSpot portal, understanding how it’s built, and improving it pragmatically.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Optimising and extending our current HubSpot CRM
• Configuring workflows, automation, pipelines, and properties
• Troubleshooting HubSpot setup and integration issues
• Supporting continuous CRM improvements aligned to business needs
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders on a project-by-project basis

What We’re Looking For

• Freelance / independent contractor (no agencies)
• Strong, hands-on HubSpot configuration and optimisation experience
• Proven experience working with existing HubSpot portals
• Background in Sales Ops, RevOps, or similar roles
• Comfortable working independently and delivering practical solutions
• Availability of approximately 10-20 hours per week
• HubSpot certifications are a bonus, but real-world experience matters more.

• Hourly rate: up to €50/hour
• Fully remote
