My client is a leading developer and provider of advanced nuclear medicine imaging systems, transforming SPECT imaging from analog to digital detection. Their technology enables hospitals and clinicians to deliver higher-quality healthcare at lower cost.

Role Overview:

They are seeking an experienced Application Specialist to provide clinical and technical support for their imaging products across Europe. This role involves on-site customer training, supporting clinical adoption and collaborating closely with sales and service teams. You will become a trusted expert in product use and applications, helping customers optimize their workflow and achieve best-in-class outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on, on-site training to technologists and physicians, following structured curriculum and assessment processes.
• Develop and execute training plans to ensure customer competency and satisfaction.
• Provide consultative support to enhance customer workflow and productivity.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for software, clinical applications, and product functionality.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to support customer onboarding, demos and events.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and tools for future products.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to Sales, Marketing, Technical Support and Product Development teams.
• Prepare detailed post-training reports and follow up on customer needs.
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions to maintain best practices across the team.

Requirements:

• BS/BA, Associate degree, or RT certification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical imaging devices (SPECT/CT) and at least 5 years of clinical experience.
• Strong familiarity with the latest product platforms for the modality.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 70% of the time.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technologists, physicians, and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused personality.
