Software Development Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Project Manager to lead a variety of end-to-end projects in the field of long-term savings. The role involves managing cross-functional and multi-system initiatives, with full responsibility from budgeting to production launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and project plans
• Manage project budgets, scope, timelines, and integration across multiple systems and stakeholders
• Coordinate and collaborate with business analysts, development teams, QA, and internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a matrix environment, maintaining focus on priorities and dependencies
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation, status reporting, and risk management
• Apply a holistic understanding of business, technology, and process to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field - Must
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience managing complex IT projects in large organizations - Must
• Strong experience in matrix management and leading cross-functional projects - Must
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and integration across multiple domains - Must
• Hands-on experience as a developer or systems analyst in complex applications and projects
• Experience in the insurance industry, including business and regulatory projects – mandatory
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
