About the Role

We’re looking for an iGaming Advertiser Acquisition Manager (Mobile / In-App) to take ownership of our mobile business unit. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage strategic advertiser relationships, guide a growing team, and shape the direction of our in-app performance efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow our mobile business development operations.
• Manage key advertiser relationships and drive long-term partnerships.
• Mentor and develop a small team (currently 1 member, with planned expansion).
• Build and optimize in-app marketing strategies from the ground up.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and measurable results.
• Drive negotiations and support the onboarding of new partners.

What You Bring

• Strong background in in-app / mobile advertising with hands-on AD-Tech experience.
• Experience working with mobile traffic networks or mobile performance platforms.
• Proven track record in account management, business development, or client success.
• Excellent analytical abilities and confidence working with performance metrics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A portfolio of advertisers or existing industry relationships is a major advantage.
• Minimum 3 years in the mobile advertising or in-app ecosystem.
• A proactive mindset—you take ownership, seek opportunities, and get things done.
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written is required
