A growing global organization is looking for a senior Corporate Director of Finance for a highly strategic, executive-level role.

This position is designed for a hands-on finance executive who thrives at the intersection of strategy, transactions, and leadership, and who wants to play a meaningful role in shaping long-term growth through complex deals, partnerships, and capital strategy.

This is not a back-office role — it is a seat at the table.

What You’ll Be Leading:

M&A & Growth Strategy

• Lead global M&A initiatives from target identification through execution

• Drive acquisition strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives

• Oversee valuation, due diligence, risk assessment, and deal structuring

Strategic Partnerships

• Identify, structure, and manage strategic partnerships and joint ventures

• Build senior-level relationships with key global industry stakeholders

Investor Relations & Capital Strategy

• Lead relationships with institutional, private equity, and strategic investors

• Drive capital raising initiatives and optimize capital structure

What you bring:

* A senior finance professional with 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or similar environments

* Proven leadership of complex M&A transactions (buy-side and/or sell-side)

* Strong international exposure and comfort operating across markets and cultures

* Experience working with investors and leading capital-raising processes

* Strategic thinker with the ability to independently drive initiatives and influence executive stakeholders

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

* MBA, CPA, or CFA – strong advantage

* Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and deal-structuring capabilities

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence

* Fluent Hebrew and English (written and spoken)

Advantage:

* Experience in infrastructure-heavy, capital-intensive, or fast-scaling environments

* Familiarity with Israeli and international regulatory frameworks

* Established relationships within the investment or financial community

* Background in organizations undergoing rapid growth or transformation
