bleader is a leading data & ai consulting firm partnering with top-tier organizations to build modern data infrastructures and advanced ai solutions. we're building our organizational data platform on microsoft fabric and looking for a data engineer who can transform raw data into reliable, scalable, production-grade pipelines.

what you'll do:

• develop pipelines in data factory (sql / api / files ingestion)
• implement medallion architecture (bronze → silver → gold)
• build & maintain lakehouse / warehouse models
• implement incremental loads with watermarking & change tracking
• work with eventstreams / real-time hub
• write clean, production-ready code in python / pyspark / sql
• monitor pipelines, troubleshoot issues, document lineage & metadata

must-haves:

• 2-3 years as a cloud data engineer (azure / aws / gcp)
• 1+ year with microsoft fabric (onelake, lakehouse, data factory)
• strong sql + experience with python/pyspark
• hands-on pipeline development (batch; streaming is a plus)
• familiarity with medallion architecture & data modeling
• experience with git & ci/cd
