As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex web applications with a strong emphasis on pixel-perfect implementation and exceptional UI/UX. Your expertise in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 will be crucial in creating engaging and user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js and related technologies
• Implement pixel-perfect UI designs with attention to detail in UI/UX
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Work with state management libraries like Redux or similar
• Utilize front-end build tools and package managers (Webpack, NPM, Yarn)
• Implement best practices for coding, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, both independently and in collaboration with the team
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in web development - React
• Proven track record of building and maintaining complex web applications
• Expertise in React.js with a deep understanding of its ecosystem
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong focus on pixel-perfect implementation and attention to detail in UI/UX
• Experience with Redux or similar state management libraries
• Familiarity with Single-SPA for micro-frontends is a plus
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with front-end build tools and package managers (Webpack, NPM, Yarn)
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
