Job Description

We are looking for a FinOps & Customer Success Specialist to join our team at CloudHiro. This full-time hybrid position is based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, with flexibility for remote work.

You will play a key role in helping customers get the most value from our platform – from onboarding to continuous optimization. You'll work closely with our Product and R&D teams to deliver a seamless and impactful customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing customer relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction
• Conducting account reviews and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Customizing FinOps strategies tailored to each customer's cloud environment
• Addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely, professional manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance product functionality
• Acting as a trusted advisor on cloud financial optimization

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in FinOps – required
• Background in economics; a degree in economics is a strong plus
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Customer Service
• Comfortable working with cloud billing data and cost analysis
• Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure – a significant advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a team-oriented mindset
