A long-standing high-tech manufacturing company recruits a sales engineer.

The company is engaged in the development, production and supply of innovative test solutions for electric motors for a wide range of industries worldwide in a variety of fields: two-wheeled vehicles, electric vehicles (EV), water motors and more.

The company is expanding its activities at Netanya site, in the position of Sales Engineer to ASIA.

Key Responsibilities

• Involvement in all sales stages from A to Z, including identifying technical demands, involvement in solutions, and more.
• Development and implementation of sales strategies across diverse lines.
• Responsible to achieve sales, as well as creating new relationships in a defined area.
• Collaboration with other departments within the company.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales experience abroad, especially in capital equipment, and experience in management of business partners.
• Experience in B2B sales, especially with high-tech products
• Proven ability to develop and expand sales territories
• Hands-on management of distributors and customer relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven, initiative, multitasking, and able to work autonomously to exceed high-rate sales objectives within the territory.
• Readiness to travel for business needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field – an advantage.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• A proactive team player with a results-driven approach
