About the Role

As a Brand Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and communicating the company’s brand identity across multiple channels. You will develop strategies that strengthen market presence, engage target audiences, and ensure consistency in brand messaging. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical thinking, making it ideal for professionals passionate about building impactful brands in the tech and software sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Manage brand campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness through KPIs and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and proactively recommend initiatives to strengthen brand equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, ideally within the software, technology, or digital industries.
• Proven track record in creating and executing successful brand strategies.
• Strong analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, content strategy, and branding tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English is required; additional EMEA languages are an advantage.
