On behalf of a leading software company operating across the EMEA region, we are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to join their growing marketing team. This is a full-time remote opportunity open to candidates based within the EMEA region.

About the Role

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the company’s brand identity across multiple markets. You will lead brand positioning, messaging, and campaigns to strengthen visibility, engagement, and customer trust. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the brand consistently reflects innovation, quality, and value, while adapting to diverse markets in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with the company’s overall vision and business objectives.
• Define and manage the brand’s identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns, both digital and offline, to increase awareness and market presence.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align brand initiatives with business goals.
• Monitor brand performance through KPIs, reporting regularly to senior leadership.
• Build and manage partnerships with external agencies, media, and stakeholders.
• Support the creation of engaging content that resonates with diverse EMEA audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of brand management experience, ideally in the software or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer engagement trends.
• Proven ability to adapt brand messaging across different markets and cultures.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
• Fluency in English is required; additional EMEA languages are a strong advantage.
