Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: USD 2550
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: Full-time equivalent
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UTC+2 (Israel)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Handle complex Tier 3 technical support escalations for an innovative VR-based healthcare platform serving a diverse client base
  • Troubleshoot sophisticated technical issues for internal users, healthcare clinics, and third-party clients
  • Identify meaningful trends and patterns in support cases to provide valuable insights back to the development team
  • Build comprehensive technical analyses that reveal broader system implications and improvement opportunities
  • Communicate technical solutions and recommendations effectively to both customers and internal development teams
  • Work hands-on with Meta Quest VR headsets and advanced web interface systems to resolve complex user issues
  • Collaborate closely with R&D teams to drive technical issue resolution and contribute to product enhancement initiatives
  • Manage support workflows efficiently using industry-standard tools including Jira, Slack, and Confluence
  • Provide detailed technical analysis and strategic recommendations that directly influence system improvements and user experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical support roles within high-tech companies, with escalating responsibility and expertise
  • Previous Tier 2 or Tier 3 support experience strongly preferred, with understanding of complex technical escalation processes
  • Exceptional communication skills for effectively interacting with both customers and internal technical teams
  • Strong tech-savvy approach with ability to quickly master new platforms and complex systems
  • VR knowledge or hands-on experience with VR systems considered a significant advantage (comprehensive training provided)
  • Experience collaborating with R&D teams and deep understanding of technical development and escalation workflows
  • Proficiency with industry-standard tools including Jira, Slack, Confluence, and similar platforms
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify patterns, synthesize complex information, and communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences
