**Role Overview

**We are looking for the CEO's right hand, people-first and super hands-on role. If you love making things move, closing both small and big loops, and keeping order in a dynamic environment—this is for you. The role spans calendar and travel management, personal errands, vendor coordination, and task follow-ups, with strict discretion and fluent English for frequent meetings with senior stakeholders.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Manage a complex calendar and coordinate travel; provide day-to-day executive support
• Handle the CEO's personal tasks: bill payments, routine errands, and ad-hoc pickups/deliveries
• Liaise with vendors and internal/external stakeholders; draft meeting notes and drive action items to closure
• Maintain absolute confidentiality, high availability, and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Requirements

• Availability and flexibility; strong service mindset and a proactive, "own-it" attitude
• Polished presence, discretion, high integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
