About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and professional Executive Assistant to join the President's Office.

This is a hands-on administrative position supporting the Chief of Staff in managing both the professional and personal affairs of the President.

The role combines executive-level coordination with personal logistics, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and administrative support across business and family-related matters.

While the position involves handling matters related to the President, it does not include direct reporting or day-to-day work with him.

The Assistant will work closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure that all requests, tasks, and operations are managed efficiently, accurately, and with discretion.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys high-level administrative work, is service-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the President's complex calendar, meetings, and travel logistics under the direction of the Chief of Staff.

• Coordinate detailed travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transfers.

• Handle selected personal and family-related administrative matters on behalf of the President, through the Chief of Staff, ensuring discretion and professionalism at all times.

• Support the Chief of Staff with administrative and operational tasks across ongoing projects.

• Serve as a reliable point of contact for the President's Office, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain organized systems for documentation, correspondence, and task tracking.

• Assist with logistics for meetings, events, and hospitality.

• Proactively identify needs, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments.

Requirements & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Manager, preferably in a global or fast-paced organization.

• Proven ability to support senior executives and manage complex scheduling and logistics.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Hebrew and English.

• High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion.

• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and online scheduling tools.

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

• Flexibility to support global schedules and occasional work beyond standard office hours when needed (including time-sensitive requests or coordination across time zones).

Position Details

• Full-time, on-site position based in Herzliya Pituach.

• Reports directly to the Chief of Staff, President's Office.

• A trusted, stable, and dynamic administrative position at the center of executive operations.
