The Role

We’re hiring a Principal Software Engineer / Tech Lead to shape architecture, mentor engineers, and raise our technical bar.

You’ll work hands-on in Python and React, designing for scale, reliability, and clarity in the cloud.

What You’ll Do

• Lead architecture across APIs, data pipelines, and user-facing apps.
• Design resilient, observable distributed systems.
• Write and review production code (Python, React).
• Drive cloud/K8s strategy, CI/CD, and zero-downtime releases.
• Set engineering standards and make them stick.
• Collaborate with product and data to ship measurable results.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of software engineering, including tech leadership.
• Strong Python and React fundamentals.
• Deep experience with cloud and Kubernetes.
• Proven record with large-scale, distributed systems.
• Clear communication and hands-on problem-solving.

Nice to Have

Kafka/PubSub, OLAP/time-series systems, Terraform, or fintech/insurtech experience.
