About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer to join our growing R&D team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and curious developer who wants to learn, evolve, and build scalable backend systems, work with cutting-edge technologies, and explore the emerging field of AI-assisted software development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that support large-scale data systems.
• Utilize modern AI development assistants to improve productivity, code quality, and innovation.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable Java code.
• Support testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
• Stay current with new capabilities and continuously explore emerging technologies, tools, and backend best practices.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Experience working with SQL databases.
• Strong interest or practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Junnie, or similar).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn.
• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and good communication skills.
