💼 The Role:

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead innovative, data-driven initiatives that expand HAAT’s reach across both existing and new markets. You’ll own the strategy, tools, and experiments that accelerate user acquisition, retention, and brand growth.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic, analytical, and creative marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape the future of one of the region’s most dynamic startups.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop growth marketing funnels that accelerate HAAT’s growth.

• Identify creative messaging, design language, and value offerings that resonate with the market and drive action.

• Run experiments at scale, analyze and share results, trends, and insights.

• Manage relationships with agencies and other 3rd parties as needed.

• Lead marketing projects end-to-end, from planning to execution, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and optimized for success.

• Enhance marketing operations, streamline processes, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase HAAT's visibility and strengthen its positioning among different customer segments.

• Analyze customer data and marketing performance metrics to drive insights and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as content, advertising, product, and development to align marketing efforts.

🎯 What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of experience in a growth marketing role.

• An analytical, strategic thinker and a can-doer, someone who cuts to the chase quickly, sees the big picture, and rolls up their sleeves to get things done.

• Extensive experience in funnel conversion tactics, with a proven track record of successful experiments and significant increases in conversion rates.

• Successful track record of working with copywriters, designers, product managers, and analysts.

• A proven track record of leading projects and teams and collaborating across departments to achieve measurable results.

• Deep understanding of marketing operations, data-driven decision-making, and campaign execution.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
