We are looking for a talented Senior Bookkeeper to join our rapidly growing finance department.

As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for all bookkeeping operations at Elementor. We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills, solid bookkeeping and finance knowledge, and the drive to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the company’s entire bookkeeping and accounting operations, including:

• Bank reconciliations and cash management
• Accounts Payable (AP): vendor management, invoice processing, and payments
• Accounts Receivable (AR): revenue recording and reconciliation from Zuora
• Credit card and cash reconciliations

Lead and mentor team of 2-3 bookkeepers:

• Collaborate with senior finance team members to ensure high-quality execution and continuous improvement.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all accounting records and reconciliations.
• Own the cash reconciliation process, ensuring collections are accurately matched to invoices in a B2C environment.
• VAT reporting and compliance
• Handle payments to statutory institutions, such as social security, tax authorities, and pension funds
• Drive process improvements and support automation in NetSuite and Zuora.
• Lead ongoing improvements in accounting systems and workflows, ensuring scalability as the company grows.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of automation tools in NetSuite and other systems to enhance bookkeeping processes.
• Work closely with the Controllers on monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience, preferably in the high-tech / B2C industry.
• Proven leadership and team management experience – including direct management of multiple bookkeepers and coordination with global/offshore teams.
• Strong command of NetSuite (a must)
• Deep understanding of AP, AR, cash flow management and reconciliations.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and accountability.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
