An Israeli Ad-Tech startup operating in the advertising market, developing an ML-based platform that operates autonomously across multiple global ad exchanges in real time.

The company works in the RTB (Real-Time Bidding) domain, with company pages reaching approximately 50 million users daily and performing around two million predictions per second. Very few companies operate at such high scale.

Located in Tel Aviv, near the train and light rail, operates a hybrid model with one day from home, and has around 80 employees, all in Israel.

Founded seven years ago, the company is bootstrapped and has been profitable since its first year, remaining profitable to this day.

Role Overview:

• Join a small development team of 3, reporting to the Head of Development
• Full Stack development with approximately 70% Frontend / 30% Backend focus
• Tech stack includes Python, React, TypeScript, GCP, and Microservices

Requirements-

• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, demonstrating a track record of delivering high-quality products.
• 6 years of experience with React + Typescript or equivalent frameworks (Angular, Vue).
• 6 years of experience in hands-on server-side (python or NodeJS preferred).
• Familiarity with Redis, BigQuery, MySQL (or equivalent SQL language).
• Experience with developing mobile web-applications is a plus
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent military/bootcamp experience
