We're seeking a full-time talented bookkeeper and payroll manager to join our Finance department. In this role you will manage the company's bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Bookkeeping until balance sheet.
• Record daily financial transactions including period close journal entries.
• Manage bank accounts and credit cards, including daily communication with banks and preparing reconciliations.
• Manage company travel reports.
• Preparation payroll and related reports, including governmental & regulatory filings.
• Prepare Monthly financial reports.
• Collaborate with the company’s external accounting firm.

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper type 2 [Must] and 3 [Advantage].
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Certified payroll accountant.
• Familiarity with employee benefits, reimbursements, and related payroll elements.
• Multi-currency accounting experience.
• Experience with Israeli tax regulations and reporting requirements – including VAT, B2B, 102/126 forms, and national insurance reporting.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of all bookkeeping & payroll processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Office software knowledge, especially Word and Excel [A must].
• Experience with “Hashavshevet” and “Shiklulit” [Advantage]".
• Ability to prioritize tasks, accuracy and responsibility.
• Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English – written and verbal.
