The company is a stable and profitable cybersecurity startup developing products that provide intelligence solutions for democratic governments and security organizations to combat terrorism and organized crime.
Located in central Tel Aviv near the light rail station, the company offers one day of remote work per week, employs approximately 500 people (all based in Israel), and is experiencing rapid growth.
The role involves managing a new development team of 3-4 developers, reporting to the Director.
The technology stack includes Golang, Python, SQL, NoSQL, Kafka, Redis, and Kubernetes.
Requirements:
- 3 years of managerial experience leading development teams.
- 6 years of backend development experience.
- Experience in any modern backend language such as Python, Go, Java, Scala (please do not apply with C/C++, PHP, or .NET).
- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead a small development team.
