Responsibilities

• Works directly with the brand and marketing lead and in-house design team to develop clear and creative copy for campaigns and marketing collaterals
• Research, conceptualise and develop creative ideas and strategies for campaigns, includes but not limited to online, offline marketing materials and video scripts that connect with the desired audience
• Collaborate with designers, PR, cross-functional departments, and agencies on branding, marketing and partnership projects
• Create, edit and proofread written copy to maintain consistent branding throughout all branding and marketing communications
• Oversee and assist the relevant party with the assigned campaigns from production to launch
• Stay in trend with the industry and keep up to date with popular culture and trends in crypto space
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience as a copywriter or related role in a marketing or creative agency
• Strong understanding of web3/crypto industry
• Flexibility in adopting different brand voices, understanding and applying distinctive nuances
• Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in collaborating across multiple disciplines from brand, comms, products, channels and productions
• Bilingual will be highly advantageous
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good understanding of the regional/cultural landscape in the web3/crypto communities
