We are seeking an experienced hands-on, business-oriented VP Finance to lead our finance function end-to-end. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic SaaS global environments, combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, and knows how to drive processes, efficiency, and clarity across the organization.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, managing the finance team, and partnering with senior executives to support data-driven decision-making and sustainable growth, reporting directly to the COO.

Areas we’ll trust you with::

• Drive the company’s financial strategy, planning, and control processes, covering budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and policy implementation.
• Oversee all financial operations across global locations (primarily Israel and the U.S.), including accounting, tax, payroll, revenue recognition, billing, collections, and consolidated reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Be a hands-on leader, actively involved in day-to-day financial management while driving long-term strategy and organizational growth.
• Review and consolidate financial statements, providing executive-level insights and actionable recommendations.
• Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors, accountants, and legal advisors.
• Build and optimize cross-company financial processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor and report on key SaaS metrics and KPIs, ensuring a clear understanding of performance drivers.
• Support investor-related accounting deliverables and due diligence.
• Maintain strong financial governance and compliance standards.

Areas of your knowledge and Expertise::

• Proven experience as VP Finance in a tech or SaaS company.
• Deep understanding of SaaS financial models, metrics, and revenue recognition.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on leadership style - able to dive into details while maintaining a strategic view.
• Experience leading and mentoring a finance team.
• Proven experience in financial management and control within a global organization operating under US GAAP.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial insights clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent collaboration skills - able to influence and partner effectively with C-level executives.
• Fluent in English & Hebrew
