We're hiring a Sales Manager at Solid Payments!

Do you have a hunter mindset, a passion for B2B sales, and experience in the online payments space? We want to meet you!

At Solid Payments, we empower online businesses to accept payments smarter, faster, and more securely - wherever they are in the world, With operation teams in Israel and Europe, we offer tailored credit card processing solutions through a global network of acquiring banks at the highest professional level. Our PCI Level 1 certified gateway is built with advanced technology that allows merchants to manage risk effectively while increase approval rates - driving real growth and revenue.

:What you’ll do

  • Lead the full-cycle B2B sales process – from identifying prospects and proactive outreach to closing new business deals.
  • Research new and existing verticals and craft tailored solutions to meet each merchant’s specific industry and onboarding needs.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while driving long-term strategic goals.
  • Work closely with C-level leadership to create quarterly forecasts and define clear sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with leads, partners, platforms, and providers across all marketing and referral channels.

:What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years in B2B sales (preferably in tech/fintech).
  • Experience in industries like Forex, Gaming, Crypto, Affiliate Marketing, or Subscriptions – a strong plus.
  • Proven success in consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong ability to identify and convert new sales opportunities – a true hunter.
  • Skilled in the full sales cycle – proposals, lead tracking, follow-ups, and closing.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Fluent English is a must, additional European languages are a plus.

Location: On-site in Herzliya, Israel
