The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager – a seasoned professional with deep expertise in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing PPC campaigns, social media, collaborating with designers on ad creatives, and analyzing data and market trends to optimize marketing efforts. If you are a strategic thinker, capable of driving impactful marketing campaigns and have experience working with external partners to deliver results, we would love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Marketing Campaigns: Strategize, plan, and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns, working closely with PPC agencies, social media managers, and designers to ensure alignme0nt with business goals.
• Supplier Management: Oversee and collaborate with external agencies and suppliers, including PPC providers, social media managers, and designers, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and with maximum impact.
• Digital Strategy & Social Media Leadership: Take ownership of digital presence and social media strategies, driving engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across platforms.
• Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and leverage data to identify trends, improve strategies, and drive better results.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with design teams to develop compelling and visually appealing and creative content that resonates with target audiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, PPC management, social media, and design collaboration.
• Strong experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, particularly PPC and social media advertising.
• Expertise in working with external suppliers (PPC agencies, social media agencies, designers) to execute and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and marketing automation.
• Proficiency in Office and Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Canva, experience with press writing, and experience in creating marketing materials – advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a results-oriented approach.
