A growing EdTech company in the language learning field is looking for a customer service professional with a big heart and a desire to impact the world of education!

What does the role involve?

• Ongoing support and assistance for teachers, students, and school administrators using our platform
• Providing continuous support via chat / phone / email
• Short training sessions for new users
• Monitoring usage and customer retention
• Collecting feedback from the field and passing insights to the development and product teams

We're looking for someone who...

• Loves helping people and can explain things patiently even the third time around
• Is digitally savvy, independent, and organized
• Has full proficiency in Hebrew and English (speaking and writing)
• Preferably has prior experience in Customer Success / support / customer service
