A global leader hi-tech company is looking for an Office and Employee Experience Admin to join

the amazing team and play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our employees and guests, while ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the welcoming face of the company, greeting visitors, candidates, and employees with warmth and professionalism.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees, suppliers, and external partners on all office-related matters.
  • Manage daily office operations- including supplies, food and beverages, parking, and facility coordination.
  • Support welfare and well-being activities such as team-building events, happy hours, celebrations, and holidays.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Front Desk Representative, or in a similar administrative role. Experience from a hi-tech comapny or startups- is a Plus.
  • A proactive, service-oriented team player with a positive and approachable attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment when working with different stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work full-time, 9 hours per day, until the early evening.
