We are currently searching for a freelance SAP EWM Consultant as part of a Greenfield S/4HANA program.

Please note there will be up to 50% travel initially, thereafter 25% (within Europe).

• Duration: 12-Months +
• Location: Remote + travel within Europe (50% or 25%)

Tasks Include:

• Act as the interface between the business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Support data migration activities including conversion rules, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Support testing phases (SIT, UAT), including RF and label printing solutions.
• Update and create project documentation as required by CSV (Computer System Validation) and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the System Integrator to align on design, data, and testing activities.
• Provide functional support for SAP EWM integration with production replenishment and Quality Management (QM) processes.

Required Skills:

• 3–4+ years’ experience in SAP EWM, ideally within the pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing sector.
• Solid understanding of EWM integration with production replenishment and QM.
• Experience supporting testing, data migration, and documentation within validated environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to bridge business and IT stakeholders.
• Fluent English required
