Your expertise in psychology and emotional safety will be crucial in developing a dataset that ensures AI platforms respond with empathy, responsibility, and care, particularly around topics such as mental health, identity, and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design realistic and diverse sample interactions reflecting nuanced psychological and emotional scenarios.
• Evaluate and review AI-generated responses to high-stakes or sensitive contexts for safety, accuracy, and empathy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best practices for emotional and psychological safety in AI communication.
• Advise on psychological risk factors and ethical considerations in AI dataset development.
• Contribute expert insights on crisis sensitivity, escalation pathways, and harm reduction strategies.
• Document and communicate nuanced feedback to guide improvements in AI behavior.
• Support ongoing efforts to mitigate AI risks and promote responsible AI interaction in mental health and social contexts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge in psychological risk awareness and crisis sensitivity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to convey empathy, clarity, and tact.
• Strong ethical judgment and understanding of privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Experience in clinical or counseling psychology, behavioral health, or related fields.
• Familiarity with DEI, trauma care, or crisis intervention methodologies.
• Proven ability to assess sensitive content for potential harm and emotional impact.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, remote, and collaborative environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional licensure (psychologist, counselor, social worker) or equivalent experience in mental health practice.
