We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive with a strong passion for technology to join our sales team in a key role that combines business development, technological understanding and the ability to lead strategic sales processes with major organizations.
Role Description
In this position you will be responsible for acquiring new business and strategic customers in the fields of IT, communication and integration, managing full sales cycles and leading complex deals with senior stakeholders.
The role includes preparing and presenting price proposals, conducting needs assessment and tailoring advanced technological solutions, as well as working with CRM and customer management systems for tracking, documentation and pipeline management.
Additionally, you will play a significant role in business development activities including initiating and executing marketing campaigns, expanding the company’s customer base and maintaining long term relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
• Acquisition of new business and strategic customers in IT, communication and integration.
• Full ownership of the sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
• Preparing and presenting proposals, conducting commercial negotiations and leading complex deals.
• Technological needs analysis and tailoring advanced and accurate solutions.
• Ongoing work with CRM and customer management systems.
• Developing new markets and penetrating new customer segments.
• Implementing advanced and innovative sales tactics to generate business opportunities.
• Leading and executing marketing campaigns for new and existing customers.
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of sales experience in IT, communication, cloud or integration domains.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of technological product sales such as infrastructure, servers, managed services, cloud, cyber security and technological equipment procurement.
• Familiarity with digital products and information systems.
• Experience working with business customers and enterprise organizations, with deep understanding of the Israeli market.
• Ability to work effectively with industry key players including procurement, infrastructure and IT managers.
• Strong negotiation skills, broad business perspective and proven ability to meet targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
