We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Meta Media Buyer with a deep understanding of performance marketing, strong analytical mindset, and hands-on experience in iGaming.

Responsibilities
• Manage and scale Meta campaigns across different GEOs.
• Continuously test and optimize creatives, audiences, and funnels.
• Analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with design, analytics, and account teams to reach performance goals.
• Maintain full compliance with Meta Ads policies and ensure stable campaign delivery.

Requirements
1. 2+ years of experience with Facebook (Meta) Ads — deep understanding of campaign structure, audience setup, and optimization.
2. Strong background in iGaming marketing.
3. Experience managing large budgets with focus on ROI, profitability, and P&L control.
4. Proven ability to find and scale profitable campaigns through structured testing.
5. Excellent grasp of key performance metrics: CTR, CR, EPC, ROI, P&L, LTV, ARPU, retention.
6. Knowledge of iGaming-specific KPIs: registration → deposit, FTD, CPA vs RevShare, ROI by lead lifetime.
7. Analytical mindset — able to extract insights from data and turn them into actions.
8. Experience with performance funnels: pre-landing → landing → offer, tracking user behavior at each step.
9. Creative skills: can design ads independently or brief designers effectively.
10. Familiarity with multiple ad formats: video, static, stories, carousel, and quiz-style creatives.
11. Adaptability: quick to respond to performance changes, market shifts, or offer updates.
12. Strong communication skills — experienced in working with affiliate managers and internal teams.
13. Preferred: experience mentoring junior buyers or collaborating in a team environment.
14. Self-driven, structured, and disciplined in testing and reporting.
