Role Description

This is a full-time User Acquisition Manager role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing for some remote work flexibility. The role involves managing media buying campaigns on Meta platforms, developing and implementing media strategies, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, reviewing performance metrics, and providing regular reporting and analysis. Collaboration with internal teams to meet performance goals and brand objectives is an integral part of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong Media Buying and Media Planning skills to execute and optimize campaigns effectively
• Hands-on experience running affiliate offers end to end - including offer selection, creatives testing at scale, funnel tracking, CPA optimization, and working with affiliate networks or direct advertisers
• Proficiency in developing Media Strategy and aligning it with company objectives
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating campaign performance and identifying key insights
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation of strategies and results
• Proven experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad platforms is highly desirable
• Ability to manage budgets and meet performance KPIs
• Familiarity with the digital marketing and advertisement space
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
