Support the full customer success lifecycle for our business clients, from onboarding through ongoing engagement, while driving continuous value and maximizing the business impact of the platform. This role serves as the technical and operational extension of the Customer Success Managers, ensuring smooth adoption, high usage, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Engagement

• Manage periodic status meetings and business reviews with customers.
• Collaborate closely with the CSM team and support their ongoing activities.
• Provide assistance to Support and Professional Services teams as needed.
• Deliver efficient, service-oriented responses to day-to-day operational questions.
• Contribute to the creation of professional content, guides, and customer-facing materials.

Retention & Growth

• Develop and execute customer retention strategies to prevent churn.
• Meet renewal targets and customer satisfaction KPIs.
• Drive increased adoption and utilization across all platform modules.
• Identify opportunities for expanding customer activity, both in licensing and implementation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Success or Account Management – an advantage.
• Relevant academic degree – an advantage.
• Strong project management abilities and experience leading end-to-end processes.
• Excellent communication and soft-selling skills.
• Good level of English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (multi-tasking).
• Strong business acumen and holistic system understanding.
