• Lead office operations and ensure a warm, well-organized, and welcoming environment in our Israel office
• Manage employee well-being and community life programs — from planning and budgeting to execution
• Drive engagement initiatives and bring our culture to life through internal communications and events
• Oversee facilities, safety, and security operations
• Coordinate global events and collaborate on cross-company HR initiatives
• Manage front-desk operations and support a seamless daily workflow

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of experience in office management, operations, or employee experience roles
• A people-first mindset with passion for details, challenges, and getting things done
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic, global environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluent English – a must
• Full-time availability, with four days a week in the Ramat Gan office
