A leading global law firm is seeking an Attorney Support Specialist to join its Tel Aviv office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting attorneys and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality legal services. Working within a global team and a real-time ticketing environment, you will help enhance lawyer efficiency through comprehensive administrative and operational support. A flexible working schedule with a hybrid format may be available.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily time entry, expense reimbursements, calendaring, scheduling, document editing, and travel coordination
• Learn internal systems and processes proactively to identify effective and innovative solutions
• Maintain strict confidentiality of firm and client information
• Promote effective work practices, teamwork, and a respectful workplace culture

• Strong professional communication skills and the ability to interact with attorneys, clients, vendors, and colleagues

Qualifications:

• Experience in a legal or professional services environment

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
