Check Point, a global leader in cybersecurity, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Global Customer Success team!

In this high-impact, customer-facing role, you’ll ensure our customers get the most value out of Check Point’s cutting-edge security solutions, helping them achieve their goals while strengthening long-term relationships.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction, while serving as the customer’s trusted advisor.

What You’ll Do

• Drive customer engagement and success through proactive communication and strategic account management
• Lead onboarding, adoption, and value realization for enterprise customers
• Conduct business reviews, track usage and adoption metrics, and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, optimize processes, and enhance customer experience
• Advocate for customers’ needs and share feedback to improve Check Point’s offerings

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, or similar roles in cybersecurity or technology
• Strong technical understanding of networking and cybersecurity (experience with Check Point products – a plus)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English
• Proactive, organized, and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally
