Senior Bookkeeper (Hybrid position)

Padagis Shoham is seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Senior Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this pivotal hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, managing key accounts payable and receivable functions, and driving efficiency within our financial systems. This position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise directly contributes to our strategic financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Account (Receivables & Credit):

• Handle institutional and retail customer billing and collections.
• Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to resolve collection issues.

Supplier Payments:

• Create and update supplier records in the ERP system (Master Data).
• Preform supplier payments process
• Perform supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper Level 2/3 – Mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree is an advantage
• High-level English proficiency and advanced Excel skills required
• Technological proficiency and experience working with supplier portals such as Nipendo and StoreNext.
• Experience in similar roles in Pharma/ logistic/ retail– Mandatory.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP systems
• Solid understanding of tax laws and regulatory reporting.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal communication
