Padagis Shoham is looking for a strategic and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead commercial operations for major accounts within the OTC and Dermo cosmetics sectors.

*This position includes a company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Management: Oversee end-to-end annual and monthly commercial activities, including promotional strategies and marketing initiatives, for key retail chains.
• Data-Driven Growth: Analyze market trends and sales data to identify strategic opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain high-level collaborations with clients while spearheading innovative commercial solutions.
• Sales Execution: Define and manage execution protocols to ensure the sales team meets field objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a focal point between Marketing, Sales, Institutional Trade, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications:

• B.A./B.Sc. in Economics, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field (Mandatory). MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or a high-level commercial role (Mandatory).
• Proven track record within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (Mandatory).
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Exceptional presentation and representational skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
