Office Manager- Maternity Leave Cover (4-6 Months)

Location: Ramat Gan (Bursa)

Type: Full-Time, 4-6 Months (Immediate Start)

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Office Manager to provide critical Maternity Leave coverage for 4-6 Month period. You will be instrumental in ensuring a best-in-class, seamless daily workplace experience for our approximately 100+ employees and all external guests across our two floors. This is a high-impact, hands-on role requiring strong vendor management, rapid problem-solving skills, and a true commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary focus is maintaining operational stability and driving a positive experience across both managed sites:

  • Workplace Operations Oversight: Ensure the smooth, end-to-end operation of all Workplace Services amenities, including management of the mailroom, security coordination, janitorial services, parking, storage, and general office needs.
  • Food Services Management: Manage the in-office food and beverage program, ensuring healthy variety, high quality, and cost-effective management.
  • Space & Aesthetics Management: Deploy Space Management principles by actively monitoring, tracking, and managing the physical workplace across both the 10th and 31st floors. Ensure that the physical environment, layout, and aesthetics promote efficiency and productivity.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Cultivate strong working relationships and act as the main point of contact for external vendors and key internal teams (such as the People Team) to guarantee effective service delivery and quick issue resolution.
  • Program & Project Support: Support the development of local Workplace Services programs and initiatives, and manage ad-hoc, time-sensitive projects related to operations and office development.
  • Culture & Engagement: Act as a Culture Champion by leading through example, following company policies, and supporting local employee activities and events designed to promote company objectives and engagement.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience, 4+ years, in Office Management, Workplace Operations, or Facilities Coordination, preferably within a fast-paced or corporate multi-site environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors and internal stakeholders simultaneously and effectively (strong stakeholder management).
  • Exceptional Service Orientation: A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a genuine drive to deliver a premium workplace experience.
  • Excellent organizational, logistical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize effectively under time pressure.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
