To support our growth and elevate our customer experience, we are looking for a Customer Service Call Centre Specialist to join our team in Israel — with a strong focus on call-centre operations and service coordination.

**Your Impact

**In this role, your primary focus will be on ensuring a high-quality customer experience through effective call-centre management. You will handle a large volume of daily customer calls, manage tickets, and support the team in resolving service issues.

Alongside this, you will coordinate technicians, oversee logistical processes, maintain accurate inventory, and provide reliable administrative support to keep our Service Department running smoothly. You will also act as a key backup for the Call Center, ensuring continuity during peak times or absences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support call-centre activities, including handling 70–150 incoming calls per day, creating and managing tickets, managing outbound calls, and resolving customer complaints
• Serve as backup for the Call Center, stepping in to maintain smooth service levels and continuity
• Assign service calls to technicians, follow up on open tickets, and coordinate customer appointments
• Oversee inventory and warehouse setup, ensuring stock accuracy and flagging shortages or obsolete items
• Coordinate shipments with logistics partners, expediting orders and resolving delivery challenges
• Manage supplier invoices and support the Service team with daily administrative tasks
• Act as the liaison between the call centre and field technicians, ensuring a seamless flow of information and timely service delivery

What You’ll Need

• Experience in customer-service call centres (mandatory)
• Strong background in administration and logistics
• Industry experience in sanitary or consumer goods (advantage)
• Proficiency in SAP (advantage)
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Calm, patient, service-oriented, and a reliable team player
